Learn the Difference Between Medicare and Medigap

Two types of plans are available - supplemental and advantage. Open enrollment for Medicare plans begins every year on October 15. Check out the crucial differences between the two plans here:

Medicare Supplement Insurance

Medicare Supplement Insurance, sometimes called Medigap, covers most and sometimes all the costs that are not covered by Medicare. The amount covered depends on which plan you decide to purchase. Currently, plans F, G and N are the bestselling ones and we will help you decide which is best for you.

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage plans are obtained by trading your Medicare Part A and Part B to any private insurance provider. Sometimes there's no cost beyond this, other times you can pay an extra premium. While many of these are HMO plans, a few PPO plans do exist. It's important to know that these plans are not Medicare Supplement/Medigap plans.  We will break down the different plans and give you the knowledge to make informed decisions that are best for you.
